NEW LESSON

THIS IS THE FINAL STAGE OF THE PAINTING. YOU LOOK TO REFINE ALL DETAILS AND EDGES IN THE PAINTING.
THE HARD EDGE BRINGS THE SUBJECT FORWARD, THE SOFT EDGE PUSHES THE SUBJECT BACK. THERE ARE DIFFERENT STAGES OF SOFTNESS AND HARDNESS TO THE EDGES.
THERE ARE ALSO DIFFERENT STAGES OF DETAIL YOU USE TO BRING THE PAINTING TO LIFE.
YOU ALSO USE COLOR INTENSITY (CHROMA) TO BRING FORWARD OR PUSH BACK YOUR SUBJECT.
I THINK I WILL WORK ON THIS PAINTING A LITTLE BIT MORE AS I THINK I CAN IMPROVE ON IT.

NEEW LESSON

THIS IS THE STAGE OF THE PAINTING THAT YOU PUT IN THE DETAILS. YOU SHOULD TAKE YOUR TIME TO SELECT HOW MUCH DETAIL AND WHERE THE DETAIL SHOULD GO. ALSO YOU SHOULD START TO DISTINGUISH THE MAIN INTEREST AND THE SECONDARY INTEREST.
MAKE SURE THE LIGHT SOURCE IN YOUR PAINTING IS CONSISTENT.
IN THIS PARTICULAR PAINTING I HAD TO CONSIDER THE MOVEMENT OF THE WATER. IT HAS TO LOOK LIKE IT IS MOVING AS WELL AS MISTING FROM THE HELICOPTER OVERHEAD.
